Holiday Spirit Week!

Monday: “Warm and Cozy Day” – wear your fuzzy socks and your warm and cozy clothes!

Tuesday: “Holiday Hats and Headbands Day” – wear  your reindeer antlers, your glitter bobbleheads, your elf and Santa hats!

Wednesday: “Ugly Christmas Sweater Day” – wear your worst Christmas sweaters!

Thursday: “Family Photo Day” – dress up with your friends in your matching outfits for your “family” photos!

Friday: “Candy Cane Cardinal Day” – wear your red and white for Cardinal holiday spirit!

Holiday Movie Matinee

Holiday movie matinee from 4PM – 6PM in the Martha Bigham Auditorium. $4 entrance and includes popcorn and drinks

Cram Jam 2016

Ready to cram and study for finals? Join your fellow students and teachers in a study session from 4PM – 7PM on December 14th in the Media Center

Student tutors needed. See Ms. Yeomans in room 212 to sign up.

Public Safety Appreciation

Holiday baked treats will be delivered to public safety officers around our campus. Donations from students and teachers are needed. Can donate baked goods or cash if preferred and we can purchase.



Upcoming Community Service Opportunities

Service committee will meet next Tuesday, October 20, 2015 to plan and advertise community service projects. Anyone welcome.

Fall Canned Good Drive: all 1st block classes that are participating in the canned good drive can earn community service hours. Bring in 10 cans/dried goods to get 1 hour community service.

Green Cord Community Service Program

Would you like to earn recognition for your community service? Join the Green Cord Program.


Members who accumulate a minimum of 75 community service hours between June 1, 2012 and April 1, 2013 will be eligible for end of the year recognition of their efforts.

All members will also be eligible to earn a green cord to wear as a senior at graduation.  Each year of participation in the program will earn you another strand to the cord.

To join you must register online and there is a one time fee of $10 that covers program expenses.
